Slightly sweet, full bodied and very drinkable. Delicate notes of toast and toffee. Deliciously paired with rich foods.

Red Ales generally have a malt profile that resembles a stout but in different proportions. Usually, a red hue is present solely from small amounts of highly kilned specialty malts or roasted barley.
