Bae’s Haze is a medium-bodied beer with big hop flavour and aroma while maintaining a balanced sweetness and palatable bitterness. A beer inspired by what became referred to as the “New England IPA” style – a style that grew out of the opposition to increasingly bitter American IPA in the U.S.
“Dry-hopping” refers to adding of hops to a beer during fermentation or conditioning. Hops added at those times greatly increases the amount of flavour and aroma the hops provide to the beer without adding much bitterness. We add so many hops to Bae’s Haze that we dry-hop it twice, during both fermentation and conditioningBeer Vitals
