Plinth is German-styled Pilsner (referred to as a Pils) generously hopped with Galena and German Tettnanger. It has a light malt sweetness, perfectly balanced with German Nobel hops.
Fun Facts: Plinth is named after the plinths that were left for years on Memorial Avenue after the destruction of the Port Arthur Ore Trestle. A plinth is a base or platform that supports a pedestal, column or structure, similar to the Pilsner style of beer being a solid base that is apart of the foundation of German Brewing.
