What do you get when you combine two delicious things? One very very delicious thing. Brewed to in honour of a certain pastry well-known throughout Thunder Bay, The Imposter combines raspberry, cinnamon, and lactose to give you the sensation of eating a delicious cinnamon pastry topped with raspberry icing.
Lactose is a type of sugar not fermentable by brewer’s yeast. It is added to beers often to increase the body, increase the mouthfeel, and add a very slight sweetness.
