Bae’s Haze is a medium-bodied beer with big hop flavour and aroma while maintaining a balanced sweetness and palatable bitterness. A beer inspired by what became referred to as the “New England IPA” style – a style that grew out of the opposition to increasingly bitter American IPA in the U.S.
“Dry-hopping” refers to adding of hops to a beer during fermentation or conditioning. Hops added at those times greatly increases the amount of flavour and aroma the hops provide to the beer without adding much bitterness.
