Power Blaster is pale ale designed to maximize hop flavour and aroma, without deriving much hop bitterness. This results in a bright, fruity, slightly sweet pale ale. The Mosaic hops used in Power Blaster provide the beer with flavours and aromas of ripe mango and peach.
Hops are generally used in beer to provide bitterness to balance malt sweetness. Boiling hops converts compounds in those hops into bittering compounds. The longer hops are boiled for, the more conversion takes place and the higher the bitterness. The amount of bittering compounds in a beer is given a numerical value in IBU, or “international bitterness units.” Hops added to a beer after the boil (whirlpool) or during fermentation and conditioning (dry-hopping) contribute bitterness but are not traditionally captured by IBU estimating calculations. Hence, beers not made by boiling hops may have bitterness but are typically called “zero IBU” in jest.

Slightly sweet, full bodied and very drinkable. Delicate notes of toast and toffee. Deliciously paired with rich foods.
Red Ales generally have a malt profile that resembles a stout but in different proportions. Usually, a red hue is present solely from small amounts of highly kilned specialty malts or roasted barley.

Our take on a Cream Ale. Light and smooth. Malt-forward flavour and delicately balanced hop bitterness.
A Cream Ale is very much like an American Lager brewed with an ale yeast. The ale yeast provides more body and flavour over an American Lager yeast. Traditionally a Cream Ale is brewed using flaked corn. However, ours is made with 100% malted barley to provide a fuller flavour.

Bae’s Haze is a medium-bodied beer with big hop flavour and aroma while maintaining a balanced sweetness and palatable bitterness. A beer inspired by what became referred to as the “New England IPA” style – a style that grew out of the opposition to increasingly bitter American IPA in the U.S.
“Dry-hopping” refers to adding of hops to a beer during fermentation or conditioning. Hops added at those times greatly increases the amount of flavour and aroma the hops provide to the beer without adding much bitterness. We add so many hops to Bae’s Haze that we dry-hop it twice, during both fermentation and conditioning< Show Less
